I agree, your poor chicken doesn't look good especially her comb looks purple which indicates oxygen issues. So sorry! It is either water building up from a heart issue, organ failure or eggs from internal laying. If you can get her to a vet they could also tell you. We had tests done where my vet told me our chicken had heart issues, lung issues, And ovarian cancer. She lived a little over a year, but had water belly for the last several months that we drained, but eventually she suffocated as we tried to drain her. It it so hard to watch our babies suffer! Your poor girl. I agree a reproductive disorder is likely. I don’t like the color of her comb one bit. Is an avian vet an option?
She might feel better if you drained her abdomen a bit. That does come with some risk. I have had some luck reducing the size of a bloated abdomen with Lily of the Desert aloe detox and anti-inflammatories. If my hen were in that condition, I’d probably give antibiotics a try, as she looks to need some serious intervention. Sorry.

I had to drain an abdomen of fluid a couple of weeks ago. It was terrifying! I tried antibiotics first, plus warm water soaking to see if that would release any possible bound eggs. The draining was a last resort since she looked like a little football. It worked and she is fine now, but it was really stressful. I would only try it if nothing else works. Your poor girl.
