I don’t think it is botulism if she was paralyzed yesterday, but could stumble around today. Botulism first affects the feet, then the wings, upper body and head within hours. 
She is a pretty hen. At 4 years, it seems less like Mareks unless she has recently been exposed by a new chicken in the flock. I would try giving her human vitamin B complex or riboflavin daily. Make sure that she can reach food and water several times a day.
