Help ! Chicken is very sick limp comb and dirrohea

I have a 2 year old hen who is a ex bat
All my other hens are really good but for a few days shes had a very limp comb and very slightly the top of it is purple she is not cleaning herself just stands still and is very quiet she has yellow dirrohea and no presence of worms she does have lice so ive given her dust baths shes been drinking and i gave her an egg this morning which she ate abit of but shes not eating and drinking like she normally would ive kept her indoors
How can i get her better
I dont think its a disease or worms as ive wormed them all and all others are really healthy its just her

The lice could be causing it. Sometimes parasites can spread disease as well. You should wash her and make sure you've erradicated them. Pics of the poo would help. Feel her crop and smell her breath.
