Help! Chicken laying shell-less/ weak shelled eggs+ plus walks like she’s dancing to thriller

Also forgot to mention, I cannot confirm that she’s actually taking that oyster shell. I’m wondering if there’s a way I could force feed her either with drops or crushed or something else. Also, it looks as if she’s laying shells every single time, but they’re either getting smashed or as they’re coming out they’re getting smashed by her vent.

Sometimes I mix oyster shell with a bit of scratch grains if I have young pullets who don't seem to realize the oyster shell is for eating. It seems to work pretty good.
