Hello so my chicken is has not been able to walk since this morning and I decided to take her inside because the other chickens were being mean to her I took her inside and she I’ve been going to check up on her I left her some food but hasn’t ate it nothin hasn’t ate nothing and I just went to check on her again and I walk in to a awful smell and it was her poop it’s this brownish watery poop the smell made me gag and I saw she was opening her mouth and closing it im not sure what’s affecting her she was doing okay yesterday please help thank you!!

How old is this hen?
What breed?
What do you feed, including treats?
Have you checked her all over for injury, lice or mites, including her vent and under her wings?
When is the last time she laid an egg?
She is 7-8 months old
I’m not sure what breed she is but she is a black hen. She eats her daily food which is this layer food with corn. She doesn’t have an injury or lice. The last time she layed an egg is yesterday she also pooped this yellow and green watery poop

Photos of your pullet and her poop?

I'd work on hydration if she's not been drinking. Offer sugar water or electrolytes. Hold a shallow cup up to her beak. If she's unable to drink, syringe drops of fluid into her beak slowly, allowing her to swallow.

If she's not laid an egg and should have, start giving her Extra Calcium. You can find Calcium Citrate with D3 in the vitamin aisle of stores like Walmart, CVS, etc. Give 1 tablet daily, just pull down on her wattles, pop the tablet into the beak and let her swallow.

Check her crop, what's it like, is it emptying overnight?

How much corn does she get daily along with the layer feed?

I'd cut the corn out for now and focus on her eating the layer feed.

It wouldn't hurt to also start her on vitamin therapy - give her 1/4 tablet B-Complex daily to see if that helps.

The other thread:

I'd definitely just switch to an all flock for higher protein, cut the corn out totally except for occasional treats, and have a separate feeder/dish for oyster shell as the all flock has more protein, less calcium.

All flock can be fed to all aged chickens, including chicks.

To get her to eat, you could try wetting some of the feed in a small dish. Ours act like that's a treat. That would provide a little hydration too.

Scrambled eggs is something else you could try a little of as most chickens can't turn those down.

I’d say abt 4 cups of layer food and same amount of corn too if is the corn why could it only be affecting her if the other chickens eat the same thing but I will stop adding corn and add more layer food. I will be looking forward to get her on vitamins.
