Help! Chicken poop is red , is my flock sick?

So right now he is in the coop and he drank a little but of his water and is eating a little bit of the food with corid in it. Imhopjng that eating some food will make him thirsty enough to drink.

Is there any wild berries or flowers around your yard they might be eating? The purple color looks more like something they're eating and not blood at all. Walk around your yard and look for anything they might be eating, especially if they free range there's no telling what they could be finding.

I just noticed this and it looks fresh so I don't know who is doing it. I just saw that brown pullet poop that firstt picture so it is the young ones too and I saw another pile if this purple poop also

Rhe only thing I can think of is the Blackberries but they should be out of season the bush is looking pretty dead and the pullets stay in the coop for the most part

apparently, couple of days ago my giant puppy got out and attacked this rooster. So is it possible he is just traumatized? Any way I can help him recover? The puppy is going to remain on a chain for a while when he has to go outside. As for the purple poop, the neighbors leave out scraps for the two horses next door and the chickens usually go over there and eat stuff so they could have left out beets or cabbage or something. There are also some kind of berries growing on weeds in the forest behind our chicken coop so they might also be eating those.

Photos of their faces and bodies?

I see some reddish/purpleish staining on the white bird's feathers and feet, on the barred bird's foot too. Staining like that is usually from something they have been eating.
That poop has got to be from something they are eating. If the neighbors are throwing out scraps of beets that may be it. Get a photo of the berries in the woods.

The puppy attacked the rooster? Look him over for any wounds or injury.
This certainly may be the reason he's not feeling well.
