help chicken still has fowl pox ofter a couple months what do i do???

a couple months ago my flock got fowl pox well some still have it my flock is 8 months old dont know why they still have it any tips are welcome thanks to all help

Fowl pox can take awhile to go away (depending on the severity of the case). Since it is a virus, pretty much the most you can do is apply ointment to festering wounds, keep the chickens otherwise comfortable and keep their living area clean.
