I've got a hen with some dark blotches on her comb. To my inexperienced eyes, this looks like dry fowl pox. Does that assessment seem correct to you? If so, is there anything much to do for her? Several other birds have similar marks, but none so prominent.

Also, she's going hardcore broody. Does that affect how to handle her? Thanks!

It could well be dry fowl pox, a virus spread by mosquitoes. It lasts around 3 weeks, and most chickens will recover unless they have secondary infections.
I have been seeing a lot of mosquitoes over the last month so that makes sense. Are there any lookalike conditions I should be aware of?
