HELP!!! CHICKEN WITH BUMPS ON FACE

My chicken has some strange bumps on her face and I'm trying to figure out if they are life threatening.

Welcome to BYC. I agree with dawg53. Generally not a major problem unless excessively infected. It is viral in nature so will have to pass on its own. Keep her well fed and watered, and she should be fine.
