What breed is she? Do you know? From your first picture she looks like she might be a cornish cross, an incredibly heavy meat bird. That would explain falling from the roost or failure to get onto to the roost, also resulting in a nasty fall.

I could be completely wrong though, correct me if so.

Great job on getting her well again.

It looks like that's the end of the bone that's come completely out of the socket. It's not going to heal properly like that, and there's no way to get it back in short of anesthetizing her and doing surgery. Do NOT try to put it back with her awake.
You either need to find a vet who will work with chickens or find a vet who will put her to sleep. She's probably still in a massive amount of pain, and there's a good chance that the end of the wing will start to die from being that badly dislocated, plus it can't heal. Either she'll get a bad infection that will slowly kill her, or she'll keep re-injuring it no matter what her body does to try to heal. She can't heal properly with her bone sticking out of her wing, and you can't keep putting her through wound-cleaning for her entire life.
Start making phone calls. You either need to find someone who can properly fix her wing, with anesthesia, or you need to find someone who can put her to sleep before she ends up in more pain.

Just out of curiosity did you happen to find anything in the coop/perch that had blood/tissue on it? You mentioned that she might of fallen off.
Could something sharp or loose be what she caught it on?
I know you have a lot going on but it might be worth looking into.
So happy she is doing better.
Chickens are tuff critters.
Keep the faith and the good things you are doing. We’re all pulling for ya. :hugs

It's good that she's seemingly improving, but that needs to be properly fixed.
If the wing isn't fixed or amputated, there's a high chance the part past the dislocation will die of blood constriction. Also, there's nothing holding it on but muscle, tendons, and skin, meaning it would take relatively little force for that wing to rip clean off if she snags it on something. Toughness isn't going to do her any good if she has a rotting limb attached to her body, or if she tears it off and bleeds to death. Plus, chickens are prey animals that need to be good at hiding pain, but she essentially has a dislocated elbow with the bone shoved through her skin. She has to be in serious pain.
