Help chicken with prolapse. Very ugly picture attached

You need to get this bird on turmeric - mix into the feed and increase the % of grain in the diet- she's overeating the wrong stuff hence the gleet- tuck a nice medium sized clove of raw garlic and a cranassure gel cap (look in your pharmacy) down the gullet of the hen every day for five days. Pour generous helpings of turmeric powder, curry powder, and raw ginger into canned fruit - soak a bit of dry dog food- mix all together- stop feeding the pelleted ration- (or mash or crumble) -and naturally this birds needs to be in a dog carrier in quarantine for the next three to four weeks-
 
Now that she is a bit clean, I noticed that part of the flesh that seals the vent is gone.

Does she have any chance of survival?
 
More on the vent gleet problem. It seems that the problem strikes back. I guess medication is a must then. What do you think it is better anti-fungal medication or epsom salts? One more thing. Is vent gleet contagious?
