HELP chickens back is bare and bleeding

2 of my barred rocks are molting like usual. But they both have bare bloody backs and necks. i think the other chickens are pecking them. I am very worried as of i cant seperate them. Please help. sorry no photos.

best thing i find if you cant cage her away from the chickens, try a saddle, works everything easy to make

I don't have a rooster and I just put a pecking block in this morning that should help
