I have some chickens and many chicks, but the chicks dont seem to be growing very much. One big problem is some of the chicks and chickens are losing their eyes. Here is a picture of the worst case. Can you help identify the disease? I want to get them healthy again asap. Thank you

If it is Coryza, you'll either have to:
1. Cull the entire flock, sanitize, and start over
or
2. Close your flock, save the ones you can, never sell any birds. Any new birds you introduce will get the illness because any survivors you have will be carriers. You'll have to treat them as well until they gain immunity.

Holy Crap!! Your first post from a yr ago was about ur flock of 200 birds being diseased n dying. Now a yr. later u still have a diseased flock? Why do u let the sick birds mingle with the ones that don't seem sick? At this point you seem to have a MAJOR problem n should probly euthanize all the birds.

It appears to be coryza or a bad strain of MG. Both are chronic respiratory diseases that make carriers of your whole flock for life. To get rid of this disease you would have to cull every bird, even turkeys and others. These diseases only last in the environment for several days after the removal of diseased birds, and then cleaning/disinfecting the premises. You can send a sick bird to the state vet for a necropsy to confirm the disease. I would recommend either incineration of the carcasses or burial very deeply. Treating this with antibiotics is not going to get rid of the disease.
