It is probably due to the low light of winter. Many birds don't lay in the winter. Some people add light to their coop to trigger the laying. Molting in adult birds will also clamp off the eggs. Wait til spring time and they should start laying when there is more day light hours.

Hello and Welcome To BYC! What TwoCrows said, and bantams don't tend to be great layers anyhow, a lot of them are fairly late starting, especially in the winter.
