Help!! Chickens Moltening?? OR sick???

I have 6, one week old Golden Comets, and noticed today that 2 of them have their skin on neck and part wings turning black!!! What is going on???? Are they sick or starting to molt. I know this breed matures alot faster than most breeds, but this is really scaring me.....If anyone has some FYI it would help tremendously.

The skin is turning black? That doesn't sound good.
