Help chickens won't go in coop

I have 3 coaching that have been outside for 3 weeks and they will not go in there coop. Every evening I have to chase the suckered all through there run. Any tips?

Lock them up in there for about a week so it becomes their home .....

That is the norm here .....

That's the coop I'm afraid they will get to hot there's not much ventilation one tiny window

I see my bad I keep thinking about mine a 10 foot X 12 foot shed .....

May be start with one at a time for two days and add ..
