Help chicks are dieing! Or not hatching

Help plz I'm not sure what went wrong 5 of my day olds died I locked down Friday refilled water and put the eggs down and when I candled them all that were in there had somthing moving in them and that was 38 eggs and only 14 hatched 2 were stuck in the egg I had to pull the membrane off it was hard and they couldn't get out! The humidity is at 85% these hatched Monday and tues and 5 died today out of no where all at once the others are fine they have water and medicated feed heat lamp not crunched together and not trying to get away from the light! One has blood coming out of its bottom it's one of the ones were the membrane was hard! This is like my 4th hatch and never had this Happen and no more pips since the last ones hatched! What do I do! Toss the eggs?

i am new to this so i am certainly no expert but maybe your humidity is too high? Ive heard if they dont hatch 2-3 days after the first eggs hatch that they are not going to. sorry i couldnt be more help.

Re: the bloody one: was that one of the ones that you had to help it out of the membrane? I'm wondering if perhaps it was assisted too early, if the yolk or membrane vascular systems weren't fully absorbed. Could it be an umbilical hernia, or is it coming out of the rectum? If it's the latter, you may have coccidiosis or some other infection going on. What do you have them on for feed? What is the temp under your lamp? What is the temp in the rest of the brooder? Did the bleeding JUST start? Is it bloody poop?
