Help! Chicks dying at hatch

Another is hatching! Very dry, I've added a miniscule drop of water at a time to the membrane. Its opaque white. And, its not zipping around the end, started in the middle and is just chipping away at it's initial pip. I've not done anything further than the water as it pops off shell. Just watching.

I didn't read all the posts so this might have been covered already.
40% to 45% is high enough humidity.
sometimes when the eggs start to hatch the humidity goes up..

A total of three have hatched now and all doing well! OK, lots didn't hatch, but I'm still so happy we didn't loose every one of them!
