Hi, am first time in this so.. my first chick hatch do I have to put temperature dawn, when I take him out what to eat... Any ADVICES are welcomed

Do you have your brooder set up? It should be 95° under the heat source and they should have plenty of room to get away from the heat. Put the food and water on the cool side. Feed a good quality chick starter.

Newly hatched chicks don't need to eat or drink for 48 hours so you can leave the chick in the incubator for now. In fact, it's peeps will help encourage the others to hatch. That is assuming you have others in the incubator.
