They are 4 weeks old and have been outside in the coop for about a week now, and we have had other days a little hotter than this but they seem to be panting more today and holding their wings out. We have 2 fans that turn on automatically at 85 that I had aimed pretty high up to avoid drafts so I turned l them to blow a little lower down. And I poured a little water in the corner where they like to dig and lay when it is hot. Inside of coop is fully in shade for the rest of the day (it's almost 2 PM). Anything else I should do?

I'm certainly no expert, seeing as my babes are just a few weeks older than yours. But I have experienced this several times as already.

Make sure they have access to cool, clean water. Offer two sources if necessary. Try adding ice cubes to the bowl to make it interesting.

You can try electrolytes if you think it's bad. There is a recipe online to make your own, or you can use Pedialyte or Gatorade mixed with water.

The coop is 2 sides sheet metal, wire front and wire on one side that is between them and the stall for the llamas. There are 2 fans going on each side, and I angled the ones in the coop to blow lower.

They have 3 water sources. Two are the style with cups to drink from, one plain water and one with ACV. Since they bare still too small to activate the cups I have another small waterer with ACV in it, and also go out to fill the cups again regularly. I may try ti out a small pan out with some ice cubes in it.

Some of the coop pics were before it was completely done. Floor is dirt and right now has a mix of dead leaves and pine shavings.

Make sure they have plenty of fresh water at all times, no matter what other water-with-something you are offering.

Since they cannot operate the cups, I would add another source of plain water for now, to be sure they always have it available.

You could try hanging a wet sheet or cloth in front of one of the fans, creating a swamp/evap cooler of sorts. You could use a mister instead, but lots of birds avoid the spray so it could add to the stress.
