Help! Chipped duck bill.

I have a two year old female mallard who chipped her bill today. I believe my dog was the one to cause it because i caught them barking and quacking at each other through the wire fence. I was able to stop the bleeding and it isn't very serious but I am worried about her getting an infection. I applied Neosporin to her wound but is there anything else I should do to prevent infection?

Put some ACV in her water that she uses to dunk her head in, ACV has antiseptic properties and is not only good for keep things healthy but also good for them to drink. If you can get un pasteurized that would be the best. 1-2 Tab to 1 gallon of water. and
