Help! Coccidiosis outbreak, what to do next?

I have an outbreak of coccidiosis. The run down is this: I have 9 newcomers in a separate brooder, various ages. The youngest is said to be 3 days old, the oldest 3 weeks (but I think it's older). Got them from a farmers market. The lady said she fed medicated. We don't feed medicated, my original 13 2 week old chicks are vaccinated. My plan is to treat EVERYONE with corid. After that, I need help. Should I switch everyone to medicated feed? It'll nullify the vaccine and kill off the little strains of coccidi in the 13, but it'll help the 9. I could just keep feeding organic and get around to vaccinating the 9 new chicks too, but I don't know what vaccine to buy and where to find it. I could also just keep treating with corid when symtoms arise although I can't imagine that's healthy for the eggs or for the chickens. Another approach is a treat only the 9 with corid, I give them some dirt once the treatment is over, I start to introduce them to the vaccinated bunch. If they start showing symtoms, I isolate them and treat them again (this is my personal favorite approach).

I have a silkie chick (3 days old) that happens to have a little blood in its stool.

I got my 13 chicks from Murray McMurray Hatchery, they got the vaccine for coccidiosis and Marek's

You've got a lot of thread and I'm not going to go gleaning info from all of them.

Please! Post photos of the chicks and poop. I want to see the bloody poop and your brooder setup too.
Thanks!

Which chicks are sick? You have a mixture of chicks.

3 day old chicks are not going to have Coccidiosis. Have you looked at the vents for signs of picking/bloody vents and/or pasty butt?

Keep the newbies in a separate brooder with their own food/water and heat source.

I would not feed medicated feed to Vaccinated chicks.

All I saw was blood in the pine shavings. I'm assuming it's one of the youth, but I'm not certain. The newbies are separate. No one has pasty butt. I have started CORID for the newbies and will keep them separate until no more blood/they have gotten their full dosage...sorry with all of my thread! I'm panicking a little, if you couldn't tell. The poop picture isn't great, in real lighting the poop has a red tint. I included a pic of dried blood on pine shavings. There was a BIG area of the blood this morning but I can't find it, I think it dried or got shuffled in the mix of pine.

Nice brooder boxes!

Cute chicks.

Are they all active, eating/drinking and moving about?
If so, they are probably fine, but the Corid won't hurt them.

Perhaps what you saw was intestinal shedding, but it's good that you are looking at poop and checking butts.

If you see any more of the questionable poop, please try to get some photos of it without the red lamp on.

Thanks!!!! They are all active but two of the new chicks are still pooping blood ☹️ Hopefully they'll get it figured out
