HELP cock or hen

trying too work out if it's a cock or hen as I've got 14 chickens and this ones confusing me x

What breed? How old? It's hard to really see in the first pic, because it's a bit blurry, but it does seem like there might be sickle feathers (something only roosters have) in the tail area.

I couldn't tell you the breeds we took them in as some teenager had them wasn't feeding them just left them for dead and we said we would take them off his hands fed them up and play with them all the time lol just this ones my odd one out x

Help needed" I reckon he is a cock. Noisier then the rest. I have seen him pecking at the other chickens, biting their back. Around 20 weeks old Just want to be sure
