It's currently hatch day, and 6/7 have started pipping (4 started yesterday 24 hours ago) and for whatever reason my incubator during the night dropped to 20%.

I got the humidity back up, but my question is, should I assist the ones that started to pip yesterday so they don't get shrink wrapped. I haven't seen anymore movement out of them and none have changed since last night

If they've gone 24 hours without progress, you could try. Any blood is an immediate stop signal.

You didn't day which species, but with coturnix they usually don't require much assistance, when with shipped eggs.

They are coturnix. And they are fertile eggs from my hens
