I have two bantams that went broody together and shared a nest box and 3 eggs. The first 2 eggs hatched yesterday at 21 days with no problems, but when I went back to check on the 3rd (it was a few days behind) I found it crushed? With one of the hens foot on top of it, and another chick

running all over it. The chicks head and wings are out of the shell but its bottom and body are still in (it appears the egg cracked lengthwise). There is also a noticeable amount of blood on the chick, but it seems to be breathing fine, and is opening its beak and wiggling its body occasionally. I moved it from the coop and have it in a box of shavings under a heat lamp so it didn't keep getting trampled. Please any advice or knowledge in what to do in this situation would be much appreciated!

I would leave it be. If it's opening and closing it's mouth it's still absorbing yolk and not ready.
Keep the exposed membrane moist by adding coconut oil or bactracin with no pain relief.
Can you see if there's still yolk without messing with it?
There's still a lot of blood so I think it has a bit to go before hatching.

Good luck and please keep us posted, that sounds so scary! What day is it? If you know what day its supposed to hatch you know the deadline, totally leave it be and make sure it doesn't dry out.. good luck! Praying for you!

I had my first hatch the other day and I had one chick that was clearly stuck in the shell. I helped her out. She had absorbed the yolk but was bloody with her butt protruding a little. She started hatching on Tuesday and I helped her Wednesday and at this point I have her with the quails that I hatched because she walks around in circles and when I gave her normal access to water, she fell in and couldn’t get herself out. But other than that, she’s doing fine. Just try and avoid the chick getting sick by using medicated feed and I’m sure you’ll be fine!

Her chick doesn't need any help right now. It is obviously not ready...
Also, quails can get sick from chickens so you shouldn't have a chicken with quails..

Everyone has their own way of doing things.
I keep their area clean and I’ve never had trouble with sickness from mixing my quails, chickens and ducks.
