help! crusty eyes, can't walk, and is weak.

one of my baby chickens used to be very active and fine but just a few days ago i noticed she was laying down. I tried to help her up and figure out was wrong so i set her near the food and water so she could stay hydrated. Now she has swollen, crusty eyes. She will go to get up and then it will just fall back down so it is just basically laying down the whole time. She is not eating and drinking like she should be and is becoming weak.


what do you think it is? i want her to live her life and not die at a young age she is only 2 weeks old

Is she sneezing frequently?

do you have other chickes with her, the others might pick at her eyes and if its contagious, it may spread to the other chicks. the best you can do is find out wat it is she has.

i haven't heard her sneeze at all,
and yea she's in with others so that could be a possibility
that the others are pecking at her but im still trying to find
out why she cant walk and she doesnt have much muscle in her legs and isn't eating or drinking how she used to,
i was comparing her legs to the others and the others legs are much much bigger.

im not good with chicken dieses but it may be some tipe of skin disorder or just not enough nutriton.

Separate her from the other chicks as soon as possible. It's likely she has a disease and will not survive. You may want to cull her now to prevent the disease from spreading, but if not, at least separate her.

You can do searches for Infectious Coryza and CRD.

well she died on thursday, i figured out she had crazy chicken disease, well thats another name for the disease she had. but im quite glad she died because i just couldnt watch her suffer it was terribly sad!
