Help! Dark Wing needs a home in Dallas Texas

Dark Wing is a 1 year & 5mo. old mallard drake (I also have 3 female ducks and 7 chickens) He will not leave my chickens alone. We have a large backyard that the birds free range but he chases them down and rips out their feathers. He tries to grab the chickens by the neck and shake them. He corners them even when they go to the lengths of the yard to avoid him.

I think he would be okay in a home with other ducks but no chickens, or in a place where the ducks and chickens have separate areas. He is a beautiful and sweet bird to people. I love him and I would rather not give him up but it just isn't safe for my other birds.

Unfortunately, No I don't. I would be willing to transport him if in the state.

There was somebody new on here from south of Ft Worth a while back but I forgot their name. It will still be a while before I can take on any more ducks. There is someone in San Antonio I can ask but that is a long drive even meeting halfway.

Hubby and I are going to Corpus Christi next weekend for our anniversary, We could drive through San Antonio if they will take him as a pet.
