I just had one of those my last hatch. They almost always hatch just fine. What day is it on? You need to up your humidity though, that membrane is looking a bit dry.

My humidity is at 67% right now, it was I think 59% when I woke up. They just went on lockdown yesterday since today is day 19. Really didnt expect to wake up to this today!

Up it to 75%. Your temp may have been a bit high.

Thanks for the link. I just wanted to know if the chick was more than likely going to make it on his own or what to look for! Hopefully the little one will work his way out on his own

Turns out my little Ameraucana mix just needed a friend to encourage him! I thought one had internally pipped earlier, walked away and bam!

They have been chatting back and forth, and some serious progress is being made!
