!HELP! Day Old Chick Has Probleth Vent!

Basically it hatched a bit too early. Since it happens much more often when eggs are incubated artificially, it's probably something to do with the temp or humidity that signalled to the chick to begin the hatch.

Chick didn't last the night unfortunately, but at least it's suffering is over. Thanks again.
