Help decided on updating coop and run design

I have a 8x16 yard barn that i use as a coop. Then there are three sections on runs. What I would like to do is separate two different breeds using what I have with some modification. Here is my current layout. Any suggestions on dividding the coop and runs. I have tossed this around all winter.

As long as they all have acsses to the coop your good

I would like to separate the two breeds that i have. BCM and Barred Rocks for breeding purposes. But use the existing building with modification.
