Help! Deformed guinea leg. What is it & how do I treat it? Pics!

I sav3 week old guinea yesterday from agway. i bought it because i knew its days were short. ca

n anyone tell me what is this called and how can i treat it? It eats, drinks, acts normal. gets around by hopping on other leg. it cant bear weight on the deformed leg. please help
