So, this black sexlink is about 2 years old. She has been separated from the flock because of my Barred Rock rooster picking on her pretty bad, to the point that I thought he injured her leg (she isn’t using one leg).
Noticed that 2 days after being separated, she has this yellowish custard like stuff on her head. Not sure what it is or what to do about it.

It looks like egg yolk to me. Have you tried cleaning it off? I would guess that she may have been eating an egg and shaken her head to clean her beak and it splattered her comb and head. Maybe she laid a soft shelled egg and then ate it.
The lameness is concerning. Is she actively favouring the other leg because one is painful or does it look more like she has no control over the lame leg, like it is weak or paralysed, which would make her appear uncoordinated. How long have you had her and have you added any new chickens to your flock in the past few months. I'm concerned the lameness might be caused by Marek's Disease. It can lie dormant for months but outbreaks are triggered by stress. The attentions of the rooster may have triggered it or he may be targeting her because she is sick. Can you take some video footage of her moving? It would need to be uploaded to the likes of You Tube or Vimeo and then a link to it posted here.

@rebrascora mentioned something important, if she has in fact been egg eating, has she been laying regularly? are the eggs she is laying normal? Sometimes an egg gets laid, hits the ground, cracks, the birds eat it, it's a one off occurrence, but other times it's a bigger problem with irregular eggs due to other health issues.

My original thought was she ate an egg, but I didn’t see a shell.

I consulted the site about illness before I did anything (like wipe/clean it) because some things were saying not too, like pox and the like.
I’ll take a warm wet cloth to her and clean it to see if it returns.

I don’t see any wounds.

Looks like she’s limping, like one leg is hurt, but I can’t say for sure.

No additional birds to the coop since last August.

Just noticed my Rooster picking on her the last few weeks. The other hens seem fine with her.

I’ll try and get some video of her.

Check out the bottom of her feet while your at it.
Look specifically for a scab on the foot she is limping with.
