How long ago did she lay eggs regularly? Can you feel of her lower belly between her legs to see if it is also enlarged, compared to your other? Her crop is huge, and she may have pendulous crop. How does it feel—full and puffy, hard, or doughy? What are you feeding her?

Now she needs water, and if you have electrolytes, give some. In the US, we can get Poultry NutriDrench, which has electrolytes and vitamins, and dosage is 2 ml daily. Stop any whole grain foods. Separate her in a dog crate with water. Offer only easy digested food such as scramble egg or mushy watery feed. Do not bathe her, but you can try to clean up her vent area. A bath may be too stressful, and some may die. Be careful not to mash on or massage her crop, since she can vomit and choke.

Crops disorders can happen on their own from eating long grasses that get stuck. But also an underlying reproductive infection or internal laying can slow the digestion down from pressure in the abdomen, causing a crop problem. If you have a vet familiar with chickens, that would be best.

Here is some good reading about crop disorders:
