    Do you see any signs of infection (bad smell, discoloration, etc)? An infection could be causing her to get worse. You may want to get some antibiotics, like Penicillin or Duramycin, and start treating her. Is she still eating and drinking? If you have some, put some electrolytes and vitamins into the water to help her out and give energy. A little sugar water may also help if she's seeming weak or getting worse.
