HELP! (Dogs)

A vet is needed. that isnt normal and medication might not help. Id assume he is scratching it to a bleeding point. Thats what our female golden does she scratches a point het shoulder back or licks her paws to a point of causing a hot spot due to allergies. She had a ear infection and needed 2 different cleaners plus medication. They gave us a ear flush to since it was the weekend, incase it wasnt starting to get better.

Try adding in some mushroom supplements im using the super snouts. She was on medication for a bit for her allergies 2 ish years ago. But the mushrooms have helped. She had started chewing on her paws 2 ish months ago to the point of them being super red. Within a few days of the mushroom supplements she wasnt chewing at her paws. Also adding in local bee pollen.

These are his paws and ear. His ear is doing a bit better since it took that 1 photo, but it's still not good.

I think his ears aren't really improving much, because we're using a flush she doesn't like to lick, so it's helping a bit, but he still needs to see a vet. They're most likely going to drain it, and prescribe more antibiotics.
