This is my second time hatching chicks and this happened and I don't if its bad or not please help

Has it pecked through the yolk? No idea what to do but there is a hatching 101 thread somewhere that covers most emergencies so do a search and hopefully it will have some ideas in case nobody else sees this in time.

it just shows a white membrane on the outside of the hole but there is no peeping and I dont if to help
