I have several types of chickens. the ones i keep for layers I don't want the eggs fertilized. I have separated the roo's from the hens, i also have a few bantam hens and 2 roo's do i need to worry about the bantam roos mating with hen twice their size. THANKS FOR ANY ADVICE NEW TO KEEPING ROOSTERS

Not sure why you're concerned about the fertile eggs? There are multiple threads here addressing eating fertile eggs.
 
Don't worry about it. Bantams and large fowl breed all the time. How do you think they got bantam breeds from standard breeds. this will result in a very interesting colored chicken if they hatch.
