Help!!! Duck bleeding out?!?

I just had a new duck hatch and it’s bleeding from were the yolk sac absorbed! What can I do?? I have a paper towel on it to stop the bleeding

The bleeding seems to have stopped, I put him back into incubator to get warm, the part where the yolk is absorbed looks weirder than the other 2 that hatched
