Help! Duck eggs day 29 haven’t hatched!

Hey guys!
this is my first time incubating eggs of any sort and I have 7 Indian runner duck babies which have been in the incubator for 29 days. They all move a little bit at my voice but I don’t think any have popped yet. There was a power outage and the temp was a little low for a day or two since I made my own incubator.
should I be worried yet?
