Help! Duck has been injured!

Hello, I have a duck he has torn webbing on his left foot. He also has a big cut on the bottom of his leg.

What could’ve caused this?
A snapping turtle?
There was a dog in our yard but I don’t think the dog would’ve just bit the foot you would think it would be the neck. Could it be a dog,or snapping turtle?
We have a pond he loves to swim in,but he hasn’t been wanting to swim on the amount of his foot.
How do I keep it clean?

Snapping Turtle I'm thinking...Wash it and soak in Epsom salt water. Possibly stitching is needed?

It hasn’t bleed for a while, I’ve soaked it and I’ve put bag balm on it. That seemed to make the blood stop. I also put peroxide on it.

He’s limping pretty bad it has to hurt poor little guy.
