He's a jumbo pekin, 1 year old and he has lost all his wing feathers and is showing his skin badly. He has yellow stuff on the wings and i don't know what it is. We noticed about 3 days that blue was losing his wing feathers, a lot of them really fast. We thought it was molting but then today I saw him flap his wing and I saw how bad it got and that there was yellow stuff on the wing. What is it? Is it a bacterial infection or parasite? Mites? What can I do to help him? I'm going to give him baytril and spray the wing with antimicrobial/ antibiotic. I've never seen this before and my other male duck is also starting to get it as well because he is starting to have patches of skin under the wing bone. I'm really worried because blue already has other issues and I don't want this to weaken him. It looks so bad

Blue is eating 17% protein duck food with nutritional yeast and oregano. I don't think it's a nutrition issue, but I just want you guys to know his diet.
