Help Duck missing today , could she be sitting on egg already ???

I have a question...... I am missing one of my new girls today..

......she was let out with everyone..........and everyone but her is here now... one of my female ducks.... I am not sure where she went......no problems that I know of.she is able to fly....so if coyote came to visit I am thinking she would be last to get taken.....as she flys up on roof at the sight of me even and my windows and doors were open and I heard no commotion ! My male did mate her yesterday and the day before......could she already be sittin on an egg? I pray so.... I havent found any sign of a struggle.just cannot find her anywhere yet.... I will go look around in brush some more..........is there something I should know that might help me look?find? Thanks for any advice you can give !

Im not sure how long that she has been living with you, however my duck also went missing and she had found a really safe place in which to lay her eggs, I went looking for her to no avail and was really sad thinking she had been taken, then I saw her on the pond and waited till later and watched where she went!
I hope your duck is doing the same.
My duck found an old bird aviary and sat in the bottom!
Hopefully yours will be somewhere very hidden, they are smart mums!

I found her I found her ! YIPPEE....... she had just decided to take a walk down to the corner of the road............ I am SOOOOOOOOO relieved

I am so glad you found your girl - I know I would be stressed if one of my girls went missing somewhere I hope you gave her a nice long talking to about wondering off and scaring you out of your wits !!!
tell her next time she walks off she is going to be grounded !! LOL

Thank you girls..... I told her NOT to do that again.........she didnt listen

..........she is safely in the coop now , and might stay there a few extra days !

I wonder what she was looking for? a nesting site?
