Help, duck plucking chickens feathers .

I have a 8 1/2 month old magpie duck and he is grabbing the chickens , which is plucking feathers, and trying to breed with them. i dont want to get rid of him so what can i do to stop him, also how can i help the feathers grow back?

Ducks have penises - roosters do not. A drake breeding your hens can physically injure/kill them. If you are intent on keeping him, provide him a separate pen and get him some duck hens.
