Help! My duck somehow has a wound on his wing! I don’t know what to do. Maybe the other duck got him for some reason. First time ever happening! Had for a year. Please help. What do I do?

Isolate your duck and mix turmeric and oil together and rub it on the injury it should speed up its healing process and the duck should be back to its normal self soon

Turmeric and oil won't do much if it's a wound. You'd need Vetericyn (or similar wound wash), antibiotic ointment, etc. Could it be a broken blood feather?

Please do not put tumeric or oil into the wound. This can lead to infection. Flush out the wound with betadine, chlorhexidine or vetericyn. Apply neosporin (no pain killer). Keep the area clean and check it to make sure he isn't bothering it to much.

It looks like the bird broke a blood feather, which tend to bleed profusely due to the capillary action they possess. A good flushing of the feather, and application of an ointment, or poultry spray will suffice. If it continues to bleeds the feather may need to be pulled at that base.
