HELP! duckling is not breathing with its nostrils

My duckling is not breathing with its nostrils, i have tried everything.
using tissue, water bath, A syringe and a nose unclogging thing. I can see right through the nostrils and it seems perfectly fine. I i am guessing he has a respiratory problem, he had a trauma seizure after his brother got snatched by a hawk. I fed him Duck food, clean water even changed his bedding!! He opens his mouth every once and a while to breathe.

Could you post a video of the duck trying to breathe?
There is a slit in the upper inner roof of the mouth called the choanal slit, I would attempt to pry the duckling's mouth, and check to see if there is any debris lodged in the slit.
