Young duckling, Bill injury bleeding from nostrils

She seems to be doing better again. I have seen her duck her hole head in a couple times. Been changing the water on the regular every couple hours.

Thank-you I do think she is on the mend.

Any suggestions on how long to keep her seperated from the chicks or from taking her to play outside or in the pool?? Don't want to re injure current progress.

Id keep her resting area for a few days because you don’t want it to start bleeding again if she’s running around and I keep her friend with her. I don’t know your set up, but I have a small room downstairs. I call my duck hospital room. I keep injured Ducks in there for a few days and I always bring a friend in with them.

Yea I've been keeping her friend with her, only separating for a few minutes when the friend wants to play play in the water.

The chicks are also been kept in a separate are since the incident
