Comb bleeding (Minor bleeding but need advice)

Hello, earlier today I found two of my chicks, around 4-5 weeks old, had minor cuts on their combs. I'm gonna guess this was from pecking. It wasn't bleeding a lot, in fact I think it was already clotted when I found it. I mixed dawn dish soap and water and applied it. I don't have antibiotic cream or corn starch nor can I get those in this moment. I don't think anything serious will happen, even if I didn't apply the water, but is there anything else I could/should do?

You could look around to make sure it didn't cut it's head on something or sit and watch for while to see if you can find out who is doing the pecking.
