Well trying b complex and E mixed with water in a syringe. Thats the only way she will take it... amd the last two days she has refused but she has eaten regular food and drank out of the waterer. But won't eat the eggs or take the supplements the last 2 days. She did a little today when I got home but they had no luck all day while I was gone and her eye right, has been closed again off and on all day....

Did you try mixing her supplements in with her feed ? Maybe try making her feed soupy with warm water. Just guessing on ways to maybe get the meds into her. Sounds like the lack of the meds she’s refusing has set her back. I don’t know if this will help but I’ve seen it rec when one has wry neck if you take a towel and make it into a donut shape and place the duckling down into it feet first it by gives them stability so they aren’t doing what your seeing

What about putting her into a sock? with her head sticking out?

You can add a touch of honey to her eggs to make it taste better.
If she is drinking water you can also mix it into water
The combo of the E and the egg together helps
