Help! Duckling Not Able To Move

I just recieved an order of ducklings, but one of them was fine before but now can't move anything besides his head. Any advise?

Go ahead and use the product your showing as long as it's drinking and would be fine for all of them to drink.

I hope you contact the hatchery I still can't believe they sent those ducklings and chicks in the terrible weather most of the country is having.

Have you contacted the hatchery? if so what have they said?
