Update: picked up to turn but candled quickly and see that he/she is now into the air cell, but the pip broke the shell not the membrane. However the membrane in the pipped spot is yellow and has a dark brown almost burnt looking spot on it...
....What your seeing is okay..Stop opening the incubator and waiting is all you can do..
Dark brown isn’t usually a good sign. What is your humidity at?
It is ranging between 75 and 80%...I did spritz a little warm water on the spot before I put the egg back in, probably the wrong move

Should I open again and dab some coconut oil or just leave well enough alone?
